5. Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of the products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES once compounds or supplies are purchased.

6. Liability and Shipping

A. Carrier Liability

• • Grey Matters Research LLC is not responsible for the package after it has been given to the carrier. All orders are packaged securely.
  • We are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit and do not refund for any shipping-related issues.
  • Any claims for damaged, misdelivered, or lost packages must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.

B. Company Status

• • Grey Matters Research LLC is a research compound reseller and does not operate as a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined by Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and is not registered as an outsourcing facility under Section 503B.

By completing a purchase, you are affirming your obligation to the terms outlined above. This agreement cannot be canceled.
