Ok, we shared our policy, now lets talk about the website for a minute. The website uses product codes. The product code definitions can be found here: Additionally, if you click into a product you will find detailed information. This protocol allows us, on our front-facing webpages, to clearly distinguish our 'research only' products from any FDA-approved pharmaceuticals or human therapeutics.

Products: All products are sourced from various international vendors and/or manufacturers; some have US warehouses. The compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried powder) and require reconstitution using a suitable solution such as bacteriostatic water and/or other solutions. Some products are sold as liquids and the product description information on the website will provide this detail. We do not provide dosing or reconstitution instructions. We are not a medical provider nor pharmacy and therefore do not promote or provide any medical or pharmaceutical advice. All products sold at GMR are for "Research Use Only".

COA/Test Results: Grey Matters Research LLC is a reseller of single vial lyophilized compounds. We are not the manufacturer. In almost all cases, we sell with the original vendor/manufacturer COA which is posted in product details on our website. In product details, a link is provided so you can verify directly with the lab that tested and created the COA. At this time, GMR does not take the responsibility of futher testing. We purchase product from the gray market, import internationally, pay with crypto and resell as safely as possible. However, volume and profit margins do not yet allow for additional GMR testing.

Product Mass: Product vials are labeled with the mass in which they were advertised by the original vendor/manufacturer. If advertised and purchased as Tirz 30mg for example, then that's how it is labeled. I do not label mass on vials based on a COA. The tested mass cannot determine that all vials in a batch are a specific mass by 1 or 2 batch testing results so it's up to the researcher to know the intended mass, then review the COA and decide reconstitution calculations for their own research purposes. Of course there's an exception; if the vendor created Tirz 30mg and then listed it as such but their own testing showed underfill AND the original vendor then labeled their product as Tirz 29, for example, then I will label 29mg.

Credit Card/Debit Card Chargebacks: Chargebacks negatively impact small businesses and can directly hurt vendors like GMR. If you have an issue with GMR products or service, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider: Abusers will be banned from GMR.

When Will My Products Ship?
GMR is currently able to provide a 24hr or less turnaround from the time you place your order until the products are packaged, labelled and handed over to USPS. USPS mail pickup is anywhere from Noon to 6pm so we have a cut-off of around noon, new orders after that time will go out the next business day. Keep in mind that holidays and Sundays there isn't USPS mail pickup so even though your package might be ready it won't get picked up until the next business day.

Shipping: All orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage w/$100 insurance provided. You will receive an email from orders@greymattersresearch.com so watch your spam folders as this will contain your shipping tracking information. Keep in mind that the tracking label is created when your order is packaged but the tracking isn't activated until USPS picks up your package and scans it into their system. Use this tracking number to determine approximate delivery dates. I don't have any additional tools to tell you anything further about how long it will take to receive your package. It is not uncommon to see delays from original estimated delivery, don't panic. If you have questions, call your local postal office. Sign up for USPS informed Delivery and get updates on your package automatically. Under normal conditions, many researchers receive their packages in 3-7 days! During unexpected weather, airport delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may see your mail re-routed to unexpected and seeminly incorrect delivery locations, rest assured this is normal. We would love to guarantee every package for delivery and replace those that don't make it but our margins are very tight to keep costs low and therefore at this time we do not guarantee shipping. Once it leaves our mailroom we are released of all liability.

Delivery options other than USPS are not available at this time.

How can you improve your chances of a successful delivery? The number one issue is incorrect/incomplete shipping address. When mail is returned to sender, it goes to my mail service address, I am notified and then I have to pay to have it delivered to the stockroom for reshipping. This is VERY costly and completely avoidable if you would simply verify your address on your order confirmation that is emailed to you immediately when you submit your order. In the future there maybe a charge for this type of return mail, I get a lot of it.

We are no longer using the USPS address correction software so what you enter for a shipping address is exactly what prints on the label. Please note: Comments entered into the checkout comment box are not passed along to your mail carrier. There is no way for us to provide these notes to your carrier. Also, double check your shipping address before you submit your order. Additionally, when your order confirmation is sent with the payment link, the bottom section will contain your shipping address, please verify your address is correct. Here's a quick review of the ordering process:
1. You select products from the website and add them to your cart.
2. At checkout you attest to our terms & conditions/refund policy.
3. You submit your order which immediately generates a confirmation email to your email address that includes a link to payment options. This email will frequently go to your spam folder so double check please.
4. Review your order confirmation to make sure the products you ordered are what you intended and that your shipping address is correct BEFORE YOU PAY.
5. Select a payment option immediately after submission. Orders that do not have payments are cancelled.

DO NOT WRITE IN PAYMENT COMMENTS!
If required, enter your order number or "GMR".

5. Each payment option generates their own payment receipt. You are welcome to forward that to GRM via email but generally is not necessary with the exception of BTC/crypto. For BTC payments you will need to provide the payment hash.
6. Once your pkg is ready for shipment a shipping label is generated from our postage software, "ship@pirateship.com". Watch for an email from them and check your spam folders. This email contains your tracking information. Tracking is not active until USPS has picked up your package and scanned it into their system. Most researchers are enjoying deliveries 3-7 days from pickup.

We are definately not perfect and make mistakes. If, when you receive your package,you find that it is not correct, reach out to GMR via email and we willl get the corrected products sent to you ASAP.
